QFAC Shipping and Handling Information
SHIPPING WITHIN USA
*Orders that are received before 3 pm CST during our regular business hours (Mon - Fri) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or holiday(s), will be processed immediately the next business day.
We ship via FedEx, UPS and Priority Mail (USPS) to ensure that your order reaches you within 1 - 4 business days (depending on location). ** Please be advised that UPS and FedEx cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.
If any discrepancies exist, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. If no claim is made within this time it is agreed that the quantities are correct and no subsequent discrepancy claim will be allowed. Also, please be advised that you have 10 days after your tracking # is assigned, to report a nondelivered package due to the fact that your package will usually arrive within 1 - 4 business days when you place your order.
There are no refunds for any books or pdf's once received
Also, we reserve the right to use our discretion in whether we require your signature (due to the dollar value) to ensure that your package reaches you safely. Please supply a delivery address where you will be able to be reached. We will assume no liability if someone other than the person who places the order, signs for the package. In most cases, we do not request or require a signature for deliveries under $100.00, but we cannot force the package delivery person to leave the package if no one is home.
If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your delivery person's discretion, and not considered our liability. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. We also assume no liability for packages shipped to apartment addresses, as we do not know how your mail is handled individually for your address (e.g. is it left with your apartment office, is it left in a common area etc.) Or for shipping addresses different than that of the billing address.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the address which you have provided us for shipping has an uncertain risk factor in guarantee of safety of delivered packages. If address upon shipping label is correct and the tracking # states that is it delivered, it is accepted as such. Otherwise, your package WILL be delivered back to us in which the assigned tracking number will reflect such.
UPS or FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. USPS does deliver on Saturdays.
For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait on the military then delivering the package to you. This could be days or weeks. We apologize, but we cannot help speed up this process.
There will be a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
A confirmation of your order will be provided to you as well as an order number once you have provided us with all of your proper billing information. You will have the option of printing it out for your records. Your tracking number will also be available through this receipt via email once it is assigned - usually within 24-48 hrs. You can directly trace your order with this number yourself, once it is assigned to you within your electronic receipt of your order. We will also have record of when it is that your order is received by you.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL TO CANADA
We offer International Priority Mail shipping to Canada. The transit time is 5 - 11 days. Please note that duty/tax/customs fees for your order are already included within the International USPS Priority Mail Postage that you have already paid with your order.

Please keep in mind, there is also a processing time of 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order! Also note that there may be customs delays beyond our control.
COST: The cost of shipping will vary depending on the size/weight of the package and destination. All orders are shipped INSURED.
It is your responsibility to find out prior to ordering, if a certain product is suitable for entry into your country from the United States. There are several customs restrictions and regulations that vary from country to country and are constantly changing. It is impossible for us to keep up with all of the changes.
We will be unable to issue you a refund for shipping costs on orders that are rejected by customs and sent back to us. Also, if an order is held by customs and destroyed, we will be unable to issue a refund for the products. If you would like us to re-attempt shipping your order, please understand it is at your own risk, and that you are responsible for all shipping charges.
If a shipment is rejected and/or returned to us by customs, you are responsible for all shipping and customs related charges and fees.
